When transferred to your Chick-fil-A App, the card balance is only accessible through the Chick-fil-A One Digital Gift Card on the Chick-fil-A App and the balance no longer exists on the original eGift card.
Redeem in Store
To redeem in store, consider these options:
• Present the QR code on your eGift card at any participating Chick-fil-A® restaurant.
• Print this page (with the QR code) and present at any participating Chick-fil-A restaurant.
Chick-fil-A Team Members
Chick-fil-A eGift cards should be processed in the same manner as a regular gift card tender. If the QR code on an eGift card does not scan, manually enter the eGift card number.
If there is an issue scanning the QR code within the Chick-fil-A App, the mobile pay number can be found by selecting “Scan” and clicking on the QR code.
